      Students are excellent and hands-on. Working with students who have had a co-op in their field allows a professor to do more interesting things it class. Colleagues are knowledgeable and have industry experience.

      Cons

      Administration is often disconnected from everyday activities. Uncertainty of navigating changes in Higher Education.
