      Pros

      Generally the people that work their are great. If there is a project you want to do, you typically are allowed to do it.

      Cons

      Morale is unusually low and sometimes work loads become unreasonable so things get put off until someone higher up panics and request them to get done. Resources to get things done are low. Pay is below average.

      city sucks, the graduate program is horrible and the school is only focused on the undergarduate

      A unique school offering co-op. Okay benefit. Some nice people.

      The location sucks. There's only one restaurant nearby. Some coworkers with character flaws.

      Kettering Staff and Faculty are all great people. We care about our students and work very hard to ensure they have a great experience. Many different opportunities to get involved in the Kettering community. The new building "Learning Commons". Benefits are great!

      Depending on your role, the pay can be lower than competitors.
