      Pros

      Great people in offices as well as on the production floor. Multi cultural environment. Plenty of technology and machinery to work on (if you want to get some exposure). Company encourages good work/life balance. Career progression opportunities. Overall, enjoyed working at the company.

      Fast paced and can be stressful at times Sometimes difficult to communicate with factory workers due to lack of English knowledge

      Good career progression should you wish it. There has recently been a focus on staff development, including the introduction of Modern Apprenticeship, and Management training. Good Working teams

      Thank you for your feedback. Our fresh produce prefers a cold and wet environment so we need to keep it like that buts its not too cold and only certain areas are wet. Our Hygiene Teams are working hard to manage any wet areas. Thank you
