Pros

Salary, Coworkers have happy hour (aka venting sessions)

Cons

Managers are ultra controlling with every aspect of your job (do this from 9-10, then do this from 10-12...), work space was cut in half after office move, there is a department policy to not have second computer monitors (Crazy!!), every report you pull has to be printed (Is this the 1980s?!) your opinion means nothing to management, President will yell at people she sees chit chatting during office hours. To sum it up, Kettler management is full of micro managers with little common sense and no desire to better themselves. You either do every dumb thing they tell you, or they will treat you poorly forever.

Pros

I had an amazing team that made me stay far longer than I should have. They also have some relatively nice properties.

Cons

Where do I begin? My on-boarding and training were basically non-existent. The moment I was hired, upper management was so excited to get someone in my role, they handed me the keys and vanished. I brought concerns to the attention of Senior Leadership and even Human Resources, who continued to send canned, blanket responses (if they responded at all), never admitting that there was indeed a legitimate issue.

Pros

Clean and physically safe work environment

Cons

If you are not a property manager or higher, the company does not care about you. The property managers are free to come and go as they please, they take advantage of their assistant managers, dumping most of the work on them. If your property manager is abusive, there is no one to tell. It is plain that Kettler only cares about the people working the hardest to make them money if they are legally obligated to care.
