Learning part is good if you have to start from zero knowledge.

Overall toxic work enviornment though few teams are good to work with. Management will judge based on your extra work hours not on your quality of work. Baised management. Most of employees are people pleaser( Yes Sir type) to management. Thats the key to growth in this company. Wrok politics.

Knowledge of some employees is good.so you can learn that knowledge easily.

Cons

some policy of company is not good,company policy is always on edit mode so it will change if one employee break the rule add new rule in the policy so motto is how to harassing employees with help of policy, work and personal life not balanced in the company ,work politics, company always wish you will work daily extra hours.
