      Overall, this is a solid place to work if you're driven and enjoy a fast-paced environment. The team genuinely cares about customers, and there's a lot of opportunity to learn and grow if you're willing to put in the effort. Like any dealership, it can get hectic at times, but leadership is approachable and the culture is generally supportive.

      There's room for improvement in communication and workload balance, but the people and the environment make it a rewarding place to build a career.
