Generally very high emplyee standards are kept, which means you get to work alongside very bright and intelligent colleagues who you can be happy to respect and work for.
Cons
As it is such a small company, there is litle to no room for progression. You will be hired for a role and continue that role for your time there. Also very authoritative, people should do as they are told and not step out of line.
