      Pros

      Great team and challenging work! Everyone brings a different perspective to figuring out problems and solving them. People are flexible, helpful and thoughtful in their work. We're encouraged to find and use the latest tools available like AI tools. And this is all across the team, not just engineering. You are given a lot of autonomy. Regular socials and off-sites to get to know the team outside of work. Sounds like there were some folks who weren't super happy earlier but things have been different for a while now, in my experience :)

      Cons

      Can be process heavy at times, but this helps to build clarity and speeds things up usually.

      Pros

      KEY ESG is a fast-paced place to work - where you are given the chance to grow within your role and leave your own mark on a small, hard-working organisation.

      Cons

      Sometimes the fast-paced nature can be overwhelming - standards are very high, and there is not room for coasting or not giving each piece of work you deliver your best effort

      - Great team, everyone motivates and supports eachother to be the best they can - Opportunities for professional growth and new learnings -Constant development in the use of technology on the product as well as daily workflows

      Cons

      - Leadership has had to grow in mangement styles over the past few years but this growth has been successful and improved greatly
