Thank you for writing a review. As the Recruitment Manager I find myself with mixed feelings about your comments towards hiring 'the nicest of people' whilst also being part of a management team in the business since 2015. However, we can only apologise for getting things wrong for you as an employee for so long, five + years. Clearly this is not something anyone wants to experience and we hope you have been able to move on positively in your career elsewhere. Clearly, we have plenty of things to learn from and I can speak first hand how the business has changed over the past 12 months. Thank you for your five years+ service and hard work. As you have now left the business, it is difficult to put things right for you but we certainly wish you well in your future career.

Thank you for the review. We are sorry to hear some of your views and experiences which are not what we want to read. Therefore, we apologise to you. We are happy to share that as a business we have experienced high turnover over the past 4 years but it has also reduced significantly in recent times. Unfortunately, you may have left the business before seeing your advice to management implemented but i can assure you that we have listened and taken action on your feedback. We have undertaken a number of new initiatives to improve staff engagement. To name a few, we held our second employee survey in 2017, created a staff committee, changed working hours, introduced fresh fruit Mondays and dress down Fridays. The business has now been sold to new owners (September 2017) and we have a new CEO and a new leadership team in place who are committed to making this a better place to work.
