Pros
Owners go away to FL once a month for at least a week so you get time away from them.
Cons
Owners change their mind every three minutes on how they want something done and then get mad at their employees for not keeping up. They take all the time off they want yet fire people for being sick, unwell, or taking a vacation. They read (and sometimes respond to) everybody’s emails. You’ll be insulted and called difficult for trying to ask about your pay or benefits. If you’re looking for evil stepmother vibes in a workplace, here they are.
