Pros

great team to work with and a strong product set, really focussed on customer engagement and has a god ethos that is centered around innovation of products and supporting clients

Cons

Can struggle with internal process's at time as there is a fair few, but i think this is just everyone trying to improve that is already there

Cons

Communication can occasionally be mismanaged, but I believe that's just what comes with working within a passionate team.
