      The people in operations are great to work with

      Cons

      Since new management came in, they only care about the numbers and treat the operations team like a cog in the machine. LO's get wined and dined with trips to Cancun and people in operations can't even get raises.

      Flexible when it comes to personal issues and time off. Great Management. Fair pay.

      Everyone knows their job and responsibilities. New CEO is making it very difficult to continue our success.

      Pros

      Yes you are in all realtor meetings and involved in events , but….

      Cons

      The realtors don’t use key mortgage. Offices I was in was about 4 % of deal that came in. Besides realtors are not loyal. They don’t care. Key is slow on closings and only like vanilla paper.
