Pros

No Pros for this company at all!!!!

Cons

It is just a commission basis work,so you are basically an independent contractor, but you have to be at their office at 8 AM, every day, in business attire and you will be dropped if you don't this. They only pay you 9$ per phone that you are able to "sell." They set up booths outside retail stores and other areas and give away Assurance Wireless phones that is connected to the Lifeline program of the government. They expect you to be out there in the sun from about 10 AM to around past 7 PM to 8 PM...Imagine that??? So it is like working 12 hours for them everyday, and you have no base salary. And you are to go back to their office in Upland after your 12 hours of work, without salary or hourly base.. So what happens if you only get 7 phones, which is the average? You'll get 63$ for a 12-hr job!!! And all that 12-hours, you are expected to just stand up.. Imagine standing up 10-hrs under the sun???? All these, without a base salary and only about 63$ per day, which is obviously below the minimum wage for a 12-hr job!!!! Oh, and they expect you to work 7 days a week too!!!!!

Pros

Great atmosphere good people, helping people improve their lives, learning to be your own boss, and, if you make it, the ability to start your own business

Cons

Pay is completely on commission so you better be a damn good sales person or you’ll never make the goals, let alone money. Training is two weeks unpaid work, and you have to travel upwards of fifty miles a day just from the office to you location and back. Pay is only $8 per phone you sign someone up for and you have to sign like 14 people a day to be making any kind of money without working 7days a week.

Pros

No pros. Brittany is cute tho. 20 word minimum so just making up words .. Falange rumple still skin blah

Cons

Yes, they are con-artists. The office is a beat down place in Upland. The office building still has the old tenants information. Nothing stating key point.
