      There arent many to be honest

      Cons

      Management is a nightmare!!! they create the fear of loss of job constantly and fire people randomly. I watched my friends get picked off one by one for stupid reasons, left on my own and mangment tried to make me feel bad about leaving as well as tarnishing my name.

      Pros

      Decent benefits. There was one good sales Manager.

      Cons

      Preferential treatment to certain sales people. Deals are handed to them while everyone else spits blood. Manager is a strange dude. Promotions are awarded based on how well you get along with the higher ups, not on ability.
