      Pros

      Friendly coworkers and doctors. Patient education is a top priority. Great benefits within the company. Normal work hours, minimal overtime.

      Cons

      Pay does not match education/experience. Minimal upward mobility. No consideration of improvement suggestions. Management positions awarded to poorly qualified individuals. Poor communication, especially when implementing new procedures.

      Pros

      the patients are amazing, some coworkers make the day a lot better. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Management sucks. In all clinics. They're unsympathetic and only care about money. Until the execs realize most of their managers are the cancer in their building then they will have a smooth and happy running company. They'll pay the new person more then you even if you've been there for a couple years and have the same title and more experience.
