Pros
Get to try lots of new products. Some clients are great to work with and they appreciate the job you are doing for the company and increasing their sales.
Cons
Poor compensations. Too top heavy. No local management to oversee the office. Constant work increase with no additional pay. No one to turn to if issues arise. Constant threats of "stop complaining or get another job" regardless of how great your sales numbers are, Totally worthless HR department. "Open Door" policy written in the handbook is non existing. They just threaten your job. Very vindictive and lying Supervisors.
