      Pros

      The team is highly supportive and professional, creating a positive and collaborative work environment. Remote workers will appreciate the flexible work hours, which make it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Communication is clear and efficient.

      Great place for remote working

      Pros

      Keycafe is great place for working remotely. The have had a number of company meals and regular lunches together on Thursday. They offer a lot of flexibility and the senior executive team is great to work for. If you are a self starter and don't mind the chaos of a start up this is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Because almost all of the development team works remotely it can be hard to get to know the team and get oriented to how things work.
