Lot of chance for skill development but manage time is very difficult.Provide very good compensation for skilled, hardworking employees, OT, Comp Off, Pay on holiday work apart from CTC. Also get bonuses during Diwali from the management for good work. Company work culture is good. Strong HR policy and strict actions are taken if required and connecting one on one with the employees. Job Security is good. If a project ramp down then is accommodated in different deals. Growth depends on your performance, for me i get good increment after completion of 1 year with hardwork, project completion, cross training etc. Opportunities came if the employee is a releaseable resource and shows eagerness to learn or less stick to the same project. Due to good behaviour of management,team members i feel good in Keyideasin comparison to my ex companies. Overall i can say if employees work well then they will receive good benefits.

The Management maintains transparency and is very supportive. The salary is on time and is credited on or before 10th of each month. They have a monthly review and a yearly appraisal policy with mid term bonus which really motivates one to grow. A positive work environment is an icing on the cake.
