Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're genuinely disappointed to hear about your less-than-positive experience during your 2 months with the Keynes team. Your input is valuable to us, and we will certainly take it into consideration. The Partnership Development Role is indeed demanding, requiring a self-starter mentality and a strong drive for success, with clearly outlined expectations. Rest assured, we will incorporate your feedback into our hiring processes moving forward. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Business ethics, honesty, a client-centric discipline to always doing what’s in our partners best interest, and work/life balance all make Keynes Digital an amazing place to work. The dedicated account management team, traders, marketing, and sales operations team all conduct themselves with professionalism which makes pre & post-sales engagements extremely pleasant and professionally rewarding. Growing extremely fast with brand name partners onboarding daily so you have every opportunity to prove value to client-partners across all verticals, both B2B and B2B. The company is aligned with all 3rd party incrementality measurement and lift analysis partners which help validate our impact on the business.

Cons

Growing fast and having no real headcount bloat can be challenging. There’s no wasted resources so we’re expected to be independent in our efforts which can place added pressure as the business scales. On the other hand we don’t have unnecessary business expenses which translates into a positive impact on client-partner campaigns since margins are extremely low. It takes some getting used to but once you become acclimated to this efficient business model you quickly realize it’s direct impact on client-partner campaigns which is really the end goal, driving business results.
