Ehhh, not sure there are any to list.

Cons

Little name in the implant/dental industry - wasn’t known in market areas. Wanted us to push new products to customers, but didn’t have marketing material available most of the time. Felt like any time I had a question- I couldn’t get a direct answer from anyone. Doesn’t really seem to care about employees or offering proper training. Seems more like employees are set up for failure rather than successful. High turnover says something.

Marketing manager will work you to death and promise you things and turn around and bring a friend from another company to replace you you. Absolutely horrible company. Used to be fun and there was career growth. No your stuck being micromanaged
