Not on the phones all the time you get to micro-manage your own work. it's an easy paycheck if thats what you are looking for.
Cons
CEO is shady has hidden agendas. Allows work to be done when clients owe a lot of money and go back on his word. No real open door policy nor if any issues the people don't go to you directly they go to others before resolving the issue. No opportunity for growth.
