Pros

Culture is key here - everyone has an important role to play, and those different contributions are acknowledged. People are incredibly competent, but without the ego.

Cons

I don't love my commute to west LA, but I work hybrid and don't have to do it everyday.

Pros

Coworkers were lovely. Culture was fun.

Cons

Worked at the company for almost two years. Had great relationships with all aspects of management, employees, etc. Almost a year into my career there I voiced my need to move into a higher position as I was planning on taking my career towards being a paralegal. I also voiced my burnout in the intake position as it is handling large amounts of calls every day. I was told the company was looking to grow and upward mobility would be possible. Every few months or so I would check in with my manager and I would get the same run around each time. “We are trying to see a path, we have bigger projects to worry about, etc” After about 6 months of being strung along, I was frustrated. I made the mistake, one I will never make again, of giving an ultimatum. I said if they weren’t going to promote me I would find work elsewhere as this wasn’t going towards my career goals. During this tumultuous time they started offering school benefits which I had inquired about as I was starting school that fall. Once they realized I met the company qualifications to get money from them for school to further my career and that I needed more from them job wise they fired me. They didn’t want to give me the annual raise and pay for part of my school since I had given them an endgame timeline. In all reality, fair. As an employee, and them a business, I get it. However, they fired me for an insane reason. One that all the people who I worked with there agreed was outrageous. I’m giving them two stars because if you work as their little bees and do what they say, they’re a great company. I still have friends who work there now, two years later. For me, however, they were mean, rude, and lied. I just want people to know they’re capable.

Pros

I have had an incredible experience working at Keystone Law Group. The firm offers a truly outstanding work environment where I feel supported and valued every day. Leadership is consistently engaged, approachable, and invested in the success and growth of each team member. One of the standout aspects of the firm is the caliber of attorneys I get to work with. The team is highly competent and always willing to share their insights, which has tremendously enhanced my skills and knowledge. The firm handles high-quality cases that are both challenging and rewarding, providing great opportunities for professional development. The firm is also equipped with advanced technology and software that makes managing workloads efficient and organized. This has been a game-changer in helping me stay on top of my tasks and provide the best service possible to our clients. What makes this firm truly special, though, are the people. Everyone here is incredibly friendly, easy to get along with, and full of positive energy and team spirit. It's a place where collaboration thrives, and the supportive culture makes even the most demanding days feel manageable. I genuinely can't imagine working anywhere else, especially in a litigation firm. The combination of professional growth, cutting-edge resources, and an amazing team makes this firm an exceptional place to build a legal career.

Cons

The firm sets a high standard of excellence that constantly challenges you to improve. While this can be demanding, it ultimately pushes you to grow into a stronger, more capable attorney.
