Pros

Some colleagues are supportive despite the environment.

Cons

The level of micromanagement in this company is excessive. Outgoing emails are monitored, employees are frequently messaged to explain what they're doing, and team calls often leave staff feeling criticised rather than supported. There is no structured training - you're expected to already know everything or take the initiative to request guidance when unfamiliar tasks appear in inboxes. The environment feels controlling and lacks trust, with employees treated more like children than professionals. Unfortunately, even senior management contributes to this culture instead of improving it. Next to no benefits.
