Pros
They are flexible with college students. They want to cross train people in multiple areas. Each department has so much knowledge to learn. The people you work with great! Management teams is top notch.
Cons
The main con there is is that it is short staffed.

Keystone is growing fast with a lot of new exciting products coming up. Culture is decent if you know the right people
Cons
Production management is nonexistent. Operators get away with basically everything including 15 min bathroom breaks 5 times a day with no supervision.
