      Decent culture, monthly "fun" days, management easy going, great benefits

      Cons

      Management sometimes too easy going and doesn't support staff as needed, takes repeated failure before noticing. Too much vacation time taken by management to be heard by employees

      Pros

      Keystone was a great company to work for. I still have great friends that I keep in touch with regularly from there. Once a month we had company outings that are meant for team-building, and it worked very well! Management at other companies will throw the "open door" policy around loosely... not so at Keystone. You can come to management with any problem small or big, company related or personal, and they are more than willing to help.
