      - Supportive teams - Leave policy

      Cons

      - Reward is nowhere near to the effort - Android team is given a lot of leverage. The only achievement of the person handling this team is that he has worked for phonepe and is the least capable person to handle a team.

      These guys try so hard to project themselves as a great company to work. They spend lots of money on stupid things like trips and team outings but when it comes to retaining employees, they suck. I think they don't have any money left now. Even if they have, they will spend it on snacks and beverages instead of hiring and retaining employees.
