      1. Very interesting and challenging work given irrespective of experience if passion and determination is there. 2. Get work you are not qualified for.

      Team Mates are good in work.

      Cons

      How much you put effort its not considered. Very bad work culture. Management is rubbish and their decisions are also rubbish. The new Top management hires are very unprofessional.
