My short time in the company revealed several areas of concern regarding management. Senior management is very bad. There was always issues with communication, whenever problems were raised, the response often involved assigning blame rather than working collaboratively toward a solution. I observed lot of gaps between the technical input provided by the leadership team and the actual needs of our projects. This mismatch in expertise often created significant challenges and ultimately led to dissatisfaction for our clients. This created a lack of psychological safety and resulted in team members feeling unheard. The company's decision to promote individuals despite ongoing issues seemed to send a message that this behavior was acceptable, which contributed to my decision to leave the company.
