Interesting work, modern tech stack, opened-minded management, flat hierarchy, great team, great work-life balance.

Cons

Due to the size of the company and flat hierarchy there won’t be many opportunities for people who are interested in chasing titles / promotions.

Pros

Diverse team spread around the world. Free to decide when and where to work, only have to attend a couple of calls per week. Mostly EU timezone. Intellectually challenging work You learn a lot about the issues you are working on. Great and reliable pay, especially given the flexibility.

Cons

Had to brush up my writing skills. Sometimes the research is a bit boring. Reminds me of days spent in the library wading through papers.
