The team is supportive and understanding, with colleagues who help each other. Many senior workers generously share their experience, creating a positive work environment. The manager is helpful, and bonuses are received as promised. There are also attendance allowances, medical coverage including dental, and an on-site clinic.

Cons

High workload arises from audits conducted through multiple channels from headquarters. Every time management changed, the direction will changed also so got a little bit of internal politics but can ignore it just take it as one of your working experience.

colleagues are friendly but really depend on which department you are going,

dont expect about yearly increment, no career development provided, your salary is being seperate to basic & PI, based on the company's performance. If the company is not performing well, on that month, your PI will be deducted.
