      Pros

      great experience. I jumped on a project already on. The team was great the as. director and supervisor were great. Very kind into understand my grief situation.

      Cons

      studio isn't near downtown. Difficult to reach for me without passing through Gastown.

      Pros

      - employees are given sufficient benefits - ceo cares about employee wellbeing and provides learning hubs to raise awareness for mental health etc to improve workplace environment - great people and artists to work with - can be accomodating to your schedule if you have too much on your plate - everyone is civil and very friendly to be with

      Cons

      - same as many other companies. Managment can be confusing at times. Higher ups within a production should communicate with the bottom line workers more often so they can plan their schedule (or even career) ahead
