I’ve been enjoying my time with the company so far and really appreciate that it’s privately held. It’s a great environment for someone coming from a corporate background who wants to step away from corporate jargon and bureaucracy while still working for a well-established organization. The benefits package is strong, and the time off is generous, which helps support a healthy work-life balance.
