Pros
Great place for personal growth and development, while making a difference in the community. The staff are wonderful and supportive which creates a family-like environment.
Cons
Lack of community support and resources stagnates the growth of the program. However, the staff makes the program thrive inspite of the challenges of the lack of resources.

Employer is understanding and do daily check in. It’s community based so staff are working directly with the kids from similar community. Overall it’s a well structured after school program.
Cons
Most position is part time so sometimes your hours are less than other times.
