      Pay is decent and a bit higher than other centers.

      Cons

      The owner does not value any of the employee's. Doesn't matter if your hardworking and dedicated, even after working there for almost 3 years. She is only money motivated.

      Pros

      I’ve worked at a few different daycares and feel most supported at kids inc, the pay is superior for the teachers. The families in the area are great

      The whole center. The owners, management, teachers, etc. not a healthy working or learning environment for parents, students, and employees
