-good hands on experience with their target population -Good initial training -responsive team to therapist needs

Cons

-not competitive pay -communication isn't always two way -information slips when therapist need it most

Little pay and hours for BT

Pros

Coworkers and BCBAs were nice. HR was great.

Cons

No support from supervisors even when asked due to them being over worked. Taken off of cases without being checked on by supervisor. Inconsistent schedule despite being promised 40 hours. Very little training. Supervisor kept hiring more BTs despite there not being enough hours for the BTs that were already there. Meetings seemed pointless.

great kiddos, not so great company

the families and kiddos were great and the session times were good also

Cons

there was no set number to call when there was a situation that needed to be addressed regarding scheduling. the program supervisor did not help when some kiddos had a hard time during session, would mostly make you "figure it out". would not recommend this company unless you are looking for a temporary job or a starting job.

Our team meetings are suppose to be a good resource for therapists to work with their clinical team and supervisors on their cases, we are sorry you didn't have a good experience with those.
