Pros

Kids and families are what was the most important about the job that I loved.

Cons

Terrible management. With the new ownership and admin, all they cared about was favoritism and money. They made me feel that I was worthless and that I needed to improve my teaching style. I know my kids and their needs. I am their caregiver, yet they made me feel like the worst teacher. That has been the most stressful place to work, and you get short-staffed. They are always short and you won't get bathroom break for hours. I have been there for so long and I'm so glad I decided to leave.

You can get your full time hours

Cons

Literally all you do is work. They don't care about the employees. You get to "take a break" but only after the kids are all asleep during nap. But you have a million things to do in a very short time.
