Pros

- Availability to work within different locations

Cons

- Bad salary, $55,000 for a new grad who just completed 4-5 years of study and a masters?? -Management are all sales focused, high push for sales to clients and little consideration for client's goals -Everything is pre meditated, every client is basically treated the same as another, little individuality as we stick within the "Kieser Guidelines' . -EP's are treated like second-class citizens compared to Physiotherapists. -Management change your ability to hit weekly KPI's based on the centers performance and current 'sales'. - A senior staff member has 2-3 yrs experience, little knowledge to guide new grads. - No official HR- unable to make official complaints, goes to the Kieser locations 'manager'. - If you aren't an extravert, you won't fit in.

Pros

Good culture, but that's about it.

Cons

Not the best place for any practitioner who actually want to learn and grow in their career, Kieser puts Exercise scientists, Exercise Physiologist and Physios in a box and all the training reflects the "Kieser Handbook" it's a cookie cutter approach. Workers there are nothing more than "gym instructors" 2 minutes on each machine and then onto the next one.

Pros

- Fun work events - Extensive PD available

Cons

- The management can be bullies who enjoy intimidating staff members. - Management are only KPI driven and will dismiss concerns and complaints. - You will be expected to work late nights and unpaid overtime every week. - Exercise scientists and exercise physiologists are underpaid. - Staff are encouraged to talk clients and friends into leaving positive reviews on google and social media sites.
