Pros
Everyone was extremely welcoming and nice when starting out. The managers are very appreciative and will listen to any concerns or feedback. Working on the floor is very easy and time goes fast. Coworkers are helpful, kind, smart, creative, and everything in between.
Cons
There was a lot of bad mouthing when new hires came in.
