Pros

- Some of the people I work with are smart and fun - Casual and relaxed culture - Catered and free meals/pantry

Cons

- No clear direction. Leadership chasing ideas and dreams without substance. - CEO is often delusional and full of himself. - Inexperienced executive team. Not all but most don't know what they are doing. - It's one of many chat apps. Nothing special. It's difficult to get excited about it.

Pros

Catered lunch and dinner Gym Great co-workers Off-site events are fun CEO is a great, down to earth type of guy Transparency is good but needs to be better

Cons

Favouritism to technical teams Too many structural and organizational changes causing loss of culture and morale Recruiters promote company perks but work load is chaotic to even enjoy them; vacation, off-site events, hack week Inexperienced managers leading teams Catered food is great but menu is repetitive HR is catty; overheard them talking negatively about employees and teams from the public lobby Company policies are unclear Work/life balance is unmanageable due to 12-5 core hours A lot of turn over the last couple of years of top talent

Pros

-Coworkers - Nice work space - Good free food - decent pay

Cons

- Cryptocurrency took over everything (money money money) - app is filled with terrible people hurting children and the CEO turns a blind eye - Let go their safety team (that was taking child predators and horrible people off of the app and to the police) to focus on development and crypto - put emphasis on people creating revenue rather than people that do the hard work to keep the app up and running - unqualified leadership - office place morale - teams do not co-mingle / are separated from each other
