      -Quick response throughout interview process -Transparent work environment -Onboarding training by managers who are knowledgeable about project and project management

      Unlimited sick leave, decent vacation, yearly salary review, bonus for getting certifications

      Cons

      There aren’t a lot of people to learn from. Leadership isn’t transparent. Layoffs happen randomly without clear communication with other staff. Get what you need, learn, then leave.
