Pros
There are no pros unless you're a favorite of one of the two founders. There are no pros unless you like building out and supporting a scammy product that is hugely misleading about an imaginary credit line (spoiler alert - there's isn't one). There are no pros unless you like hugely misleading credit agencies about people who use your product.
Cons
Morale is so low that many folks have left or are at risk of being "managed out" (which they actually said at an all-hands as a threat) because they don't agree with every single thing including taking the blame for complete lack of vision and leadership from the founders and their handful of favorites.
