They work with all the top brands and you get very good hands on experience

Cons

It is a family run company with alot of family politics. There are alot of great managers and staff there but the CEO is ruthless and very difficult to work with. I personally saw her push multiple managers to the edge where they were forced to leave due to extreme stress.

Work colleagues are fantastic.

Cons

Management don't care about staff. Minimum wages are paid with no real chance of a raise. Minimum training given and definitley no progression as applicants for management jobs seem to be brought in from outside. Hours are changed nearly on a daily basis, without asking you. Staff turnover is high.

-management didn't seem to care about employees, just the bottom line -the customers during the January Sale were rude, aggressive and horrible
