Easy hiring process + you'd have to actively try to get fired.
Cons
Pay is pretty bad in comparison to other companies. Management does not value employees whatsoever and views everyone as "replaceable." Awful benefits, no 401(k), no PTO - aside from a week off in summer/winter.
