Pros

Highly motivating environment, filled with creatively nurturing challenges, will easily gain knowledge of different types of block printing skills, embroidery skills, garment devising on hand-loom generated fabrics and much more. Kilol is culturally strong and strictly believes in non-discrimination and anti-racism policy. Kilol celebrates festivals of all religions and encourages diversity in individualistic creative approach, allows experimentation & rejections.

Cons

More staff welfare schemes to be added.

Pros

There is nothing good about kilol. The owner is a very angry woman and shouts all day...

Cons

I was forced to write down positive reviews about the firm here on glassdoor because there are so many negative reviews written on this site. The owner is a very bad person although she pretends to be a very supportive and genuine woman... she is a heartless woman who treats herself like a king of this whole world. there is so much of abuse, mental torture and physical torture that happens in her presence. DEVIL ON EARTH
