      A progressive company willing to spend money on equipment and resources Some very good people Ambitious

      Cons

      Not everyone gets along with management but if you are respectful and genuine you can stand your ground and they respect you Quarrying is a cut throat environment so difficult decisions are sometimes necessary

      Friendly coworkers and staff from other departments

      Cons

      Long days, expected to come in early , stay back late and work through lunch and eat at desk,need permission to leave site. Can be stressful at times during busy and non busy periods

      Depending on location you may be nearly left on your own and half forgotten Expected to work on Saturdays Many bosses Office environment is extremely busy and unhealthy as workload load is sureal Some quarries have a cut throat type of environment/ethicet in place Some managers are beyond unprofessional while others take a lifetime to get things done for you Extremely long hours doing hard work Expected to multitask and take self initiative to further develop yourself without adequate training
