Pros
Working at Kimball's allowed me to form a lot of great long lasting relationships with my co-workers. The atmosphere is incredible, and the food and ice cream is some of the best around. Great place to work as a high school or college student.
Cons
Definitely a lot of favoritism within the ice cream stand. If the manager did not like you on a personal level she would give you minimal hours or the less favorable shifts. I found her to be quite immature at times and often made her stress your problem. Prices grew more and more expensive each season and employees did not have much compensation for their hard work.
