      Pros

      There is some freedom in the position. No micro management. As long as you show up and your work is consistent and accurate they don't really bother you unless you refuse to be one of the office "minions".

      Cons

      Management is deceitful and have no sense of integrity. Either your with them or against them. They expect you to lie and cover up the dirty things they do to workers. They also want some to go the extra mile while others are free to do the bare minimum.
