      Really helpful and friendly coworkers. Interesting projects. Opportunities for advancement. Opportunities to travel. Good salary.

      Cons

      Kimetrica is a laid-back company with a very hands-off management style. Some people may not like that but I have really enjoyed the autonomy I have been given.
