      Pros

      - Nice office locations - Not much else

      Cons

      - Micromanagement - False promises made - So many people are leaving or fired - They struggle with the flexibility (and yet make big promises at the start) - They do not welcome mothers or people studying - you need to be working all the time - No pay rise, no bonus - They are in poor financial shape I have been there for years and was disregarded in a few days.

      Senior management and owners show no fairness in rewards or promotions. No real culture of support, equity, or equality. Long hours with false promises of bonuses and career growth. Employees are undervalued, and decisions prioritize profits over people.
