Pros

The work we do here at Kin&Co is so meaningful to both organisation and the people who work for them. The team work together to bring our purpose, vision and values to life on a daily basis. And, it's a truly fun place to work!

Cons

The team is on the smaller side so holidays and sickness can put added pressure into the system.

Pros

We genuinely have a community of very special people here, experts in their field, purpose-driven to make the world a better place, empathetic and kind, but most importantly fun. I have never felt so seen and heard within any organisation before, I feel valued and challenged in equal measure. The work is fast-paced, interesting and at times exhausting, but when you get home and know you have helped make the world a little better, it all feels worth it.

Cons

If you want routine, slow-paced predictable work, this is not the sector or company for you.

Pros

Clients talk about the Kin&Co magic and you can feel it in the team too. It's an ambitious, independent and genuinely purpose-driven consultancy, really committed to doing things differently and changing organisations for the better. Things I would call out include: - Strong purpose, culture and values which feel extremely present day to day and central to the way the business operates - Amazing big brand clients and complex culture change briefs, meaning work is super varied, exciting and challenging with lots of room for professional growth. - Clear methodology rooted in behavioural science but with a big dose of playfulness and fun, meaning there is lots of room for fun and creativity on projects. - Lots of permission to innovate, try new things, test new propositions, lead on internal projects, get involved with new business, thought leadership and marketing - regardless of role. - An incredibly talented and diverse team. There are no egos. People are kind, smart and fun, and look out for each other. There is a strong culture of recognition and support. - A beautiful office with a real focus on sustainability and entrepreneurship, and a very flexible and high trust working environment.

Cons

It's a small, ambitious business so the pace can sometimes feel full on! But we never forget to stay playful and support each other, even in the crunchy moments.
